What to bring?
Pack like a demigod with our ‘Demigod’s Packing List’—heroes are always prepared! Review our checklist below or download to keep it on hand.
Remember to label everything.
REQUIRED FOR DEMIGODS
- A camp T-shirt
- Comfortable and durable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty
- Closed-toed, rubber-soled shoes
ITEMS YOUR DEMIGODS WILL NEED EVERY DAY
- Camp sword (we provide one per camp season)
- Lunch, preferably in an insulated bag with an ice pack (we provide snacks in the morning and afternoon)
- A large water bottle that can be refilled throughout the day
- Sunscreen
RECOMMENDED ITEMS FOR YOUR DEMIGOD'S BACKPACK
- A blanket or towel to sit on
- A pencil and/or pen
- Markers or colored pencils
- Safe scissors Insect repellent
- Hand sanitizer
- A notebook or journal
- A book
OPTIONAL WEATHER-RELATED MATERIALS
- An umbrella, poncho, or rain jacket on days with a chance of light rain
- A Ziploc bag to put valuables in

Rainy Days
If Zeus’s anger causes heavy, steady rain or thunder and lightning (very, very frightening!), camp will be held at our designated indoor location.
- You will receive an email (and a text, for those who have opted into text messaging) no later than 7:00 am to let you know if drop-off is being moved to the rainy day location.
- On these days, the pick-up location will be determined by the camp director and you will be notified up to an hour before pick-up.

Health & Safety
Like Hermes guarding the traveler’s path, we must prioritize your health and safety before the adventure begins.
Health Form
- All campers in NY and NJ must have a Health Examination Form on file BEFORE THE START OF CAMP. Health forms completed in the last 12 months for school and/or extracurriculars may be submitted.
- You can access this form (and all other forms) via the CampSite Parent Dashboard. After logging in, select the Forms tab to view all outstanding forms.
Medication and Allergies
- If your camper takes a daily medication or has an allergy, please be sure to include this information on their Summer Registration Information Form via CampSite.
- All medications must be logged with the Camp Director at the start of each day. Emergency medications (rescue inhalers, Epi-Pens, etc.) will remain with your camper.
