DEMIGOD

DISPATCH

3/19

Hello Heroes, Magical Beings, Monsters, and Mortals

Few things are more cherished by us demigods than a good story. From a practical perspective, we need to know what gods, goddesses, and monsters we may encounter as we go out adventuring to save the world every summer. But on a personal level, it’s the stories that we tell each other about our experiences that give us insight in our lives, and courage even when the monsters recede back into the underworld for the winter.

We believe that everyone has their story to tell and that those stories are worth sharing. To honor the power of storytelling, we would like to present to you a Make-a-Myth prompt to get you started! So grab a pencil and have your little hero at home come up with fun words to fill in the blanks below. Once you have those, take the corresponding words and place them into the story and read it aloud. If you’d like to share your story with the community of demigods and heroes around the world, please post your creation on Facebook or Instagram and tag us @chbbklyn
